對(duì)于詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和最終驗(yàn)算,應(yīng)該按照設(shè)計(jì)程序文件[2]表1進(jìn)行。本導(dǎo)則確保滿足DP05.01規(guī)程的應(yīng)力、熱膨脹限值以及在各工況下的安全要求。
導(dǎo)則規(guī)定了管道走向和支吊架概念設(shè)計(jì)、驗(yàn)收以及在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)中哪些基本要求需要提供。設(shè)計(jì)和建造規(guī)程以及管道制造的內(nèi)部規(guī)定都應(yīng)該考慮。
如果不遵循本導(dǎo)則,則要提供其它驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告,例如用簡(jiǎn)化分析或計(jì)算機(jī)的詳細(xì)計(jì)算分析。
對(duì)于交通事故的威脅,必須提供相應(yīng)措施保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。本導(dǎo)則不涉及排氣、沖洗和氣囊防護(hù)準(zhǔn)則。這些準(zhǔn)則在設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)程或類似文件中規(guī)定。
通常不采用需要維修的支架。

4.3 測(cè)試
建造完成后,按照此導(dǎo)則的技術(shù)規(guī)則執(zhí)行目測(cè),目測(cè)規(guī)則在第7節(jié)介紹。
5 管道布置設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則
5.1 架間距
支架間距是指兩個(gè)支架之間管道軸線的有效長(zhǎng)度,這兩個(gè)支架在所考慮的方向上具有相同的約束。
5.1.1 最大間距(Lmax)和最小間距(Lmin )
最大間距(Lmax):水平直管上兩個(gè)豎直支架之間的最大許用距離。由最大間距(Lmax)計(jì)算出約束管道水平、垂直和軸向的兩個(gè)支架的軸向許用間距。支架間距為最大間距(Lmax)的管道,在重力作用下的最大撓度≤2.5mm,以保證管道不會(huì)出現(xiàn)負(fù)坡度。
Level.Material.1表(例如:A.F.1)中列出最大間距(Lmax)值。
主要由管道的柔性要求確定最小許用間距(Lmin)值。
