油水分離器試驗程序 首先應(yīng)提供油水分離器及15ppm油份報警裝置OMD11的相關(guān)證書 1. 臨時污油桶內(nèi)準(zhǔn)備污油水, 供試驗油份計使用; 2. 確認(rèn)電機的轉(zhuǎn)向無誤, 測量泵的驅(qū)動電機冷/熱絕緣電阻應(yīng)不小1MΩ; 3. 分離器安全閥試驗,設(shè)定值P=0.20+0.01Mpa; 4. 接通電源,做泵的故障報警試驗; 5. 打開下部沖洗水入口的氣動活塞閥和上部分離油的出口閥,由下部進入沖洗水, 上部出油口排氣,當(dāng)水注滿后各閥關(guān)閉,三色兩極管為綠色,排水泵起動,上部三通閥排水;確認(rèn)壓縮空氣的壓力為6~8bar, 供水壓力為最大1bar; 6. 油份探測器試驗(可模擬進行, 三色兩極管顯示) 接通電加熱器. 當(dāng)探測器從水中浸入到油或空氣中, 三色兩極管顯示紅色,裝置上部排油閥打開,排油到艙柜;重新浸入水中, 三色兩極管顯示為橙黃色(或者閃亮,為反沖洗)上部反沖洗水出口閥打開, 油排出閥關(guān)閉.泵停止,同時停止加熱; 7. 含油濃度報警試驗, 設(shè)定值15ppm; 拆下報警器水樣進出口管,進口接自試驗用污油水,進行報警試驗; 8. 分離水排放三通閥轉(zhuǎn)換試驗(模擬進行) 當(dāng)分離水含油小于15ppm,排舷外;當(dāng)大于或等于15ppm時,排舷外口自動關(guān)閉,轉(zhuǎn)換為排艙底水艙; 9. 分離器 運行分離器30分鐘, 分離器連續(xù)操作兩個分離循環(huán), 依靠時間的設(shè)定從油注入到油渣排出口; 10. 試驗后用海水沖洗系統(tǒng)5~10分鐘. OPEN THE PNEUMATIC PISTON VALVE OF FLUSHING WATERINLET AND THE VALVE OF OIL OUTLET. FILL FLUSHINGWATER, VENTILATE AIR FROM OIL OUTLET. WHEN FLUSHINGWATER IS FULL, THE DIODE IS GREEN AND THE DISCHARGE WATER FROM UPPER THREE-WAY VALVE; ENSURE COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY ARE 6~8bar,WATER SUPPLY IS MAX 1bar. 6. THE TEST FOR OIL LEVEL SENSOR(SIMULATION) THE HEATER WORK, WHEN SENSORIS DIPPED INTO OIL OR AIR, THE DIODE IS RED, THE VALVE OF DISCHARGING OIL ANDDISCHARGE OIL TO BILGE TANK. WHEN SENSOR IS DIPPED INTO WATER, THE DIODE IS ORANGE, THE VALVE FOR FLUSHINGWATER OUTLET OPEN, THE VALVE FOR DISCHARGE OIL IS CLOSED. THE PUMP AND HEATERSTOP. 7. OIL CONTENT ALARM TEST. THE SETTING VALUE: 15PPM; 8. THE TREATED WATER CHANGER-OVER VALVE TEST(SIMULATION). WHEN THE OIL CONTENT OF THETREATED WATER <15PPM, IT IS DISCHARGED OUTBOARD, WHEN THE OIL CONTENT OF THE TREATEDWATER≥15PPM, IT ISDISCHARGED TO BILGE TANK. 9. OIL SEPARATOR THE SEPARATOR TO OPERATEDFOR 30min--- SEPARATOR TO OPERATE TWO CONSECUTIVE PURIFYING CIRCULATION, FROMOIL FILLING IN TO SLUDGE DISCHARGING OUT, DEPEND ON TIME SETTING..
